Andy Palmer is a former Board member in the UK subsidiary of an international FMCG business.  As Business Process Development and IT Director he led a number of significant business, IT and organisation change activities in the UK and continental Europe.  His experience spans a wide range of business processes, including customer and consumer management, supply chain management, e-business and information delivery.

Organisational change activities included the creation of business-aligned IT organisations, outsourcing and strategic supplier management. He is an experienced programme and project manager and has carried out a wide range of significant application and technical architecture definitions against a background of hands-on systems delivery expertise.  He brings with him 25 years of business experience.
